Default Newer graphics to go down in price? (really quick?)

AMD, Nvidia Conspire to Price Fixing; Sued - Tom's Hardware

Looks like they both got sued lol For fixing their prices too high.

Will this lower the prices? or will this not even pass the sue?

they're not being sued for setting their prices too high, they are being sued for conspiring to drive the market price up and fix the price. which is unethical, to say the least.
oil companies do the same thing on a much larger scale and we say..."well...OK..." because the entire world is made up of sheep.

Without reading the article it sounds like they were colluding which is illegal.

This is way old news, I hope you all know this..

this is referring to like... X1000 series time..

But if AMD does lose some money here, they'll also have to deal with the whole Intel/AMD lawsuit (AMD suing Intel..)

Lawsuits take quite a while and I doubt we'll see any change for some time.
