Looks like they both got sued lol For fixing their prices too high.

Will this lower the prices? or will this not even pass the sue?

they're not being sued for setting their prices too high, they are being sued for conspiring to drive the market price up and fix the price. which is unethical, to say the least.
oil companies do the same thing on a much larger scale and we say..."well...OK..." because the entire world is made up of sheep.

this is referring to like... X1000 series time..

But if AMD does lose some money here, they'll also have to deal with the whole Intel/AMD lawsuit (AMD suing Intel..)

We did know this was happening a little while back, because I remember reading it somewhere about the whole the were conspiring together
