I ordered my computer last night from newegg and this after i recieved and email requesting for me to call them to verify my order before its shipped. However, ive been trying to call them for the last 3 hours and the lines been busy. Anyone ever experience this?

The verification is normally due to difference in Mailing Address vs. Billing Address of the credit card or other payment method you used.
It's actually to protect you. Which is a good thing.
This has happened to me several times. But I normally get through to someone in less then a minute. I've never had that problem... Keep trying.
