Default New video card

So I have about $200 to spend on a video card. The max is really $250 but would love to keep it around $200. No preference between ATI or Nvidia. I was thinking

The HD 4890's are supposed to come out tomorrow and you might be able to get one with your budget so I would wait and see the reviews on them.

The HD 4890's are supposed to be able to hit 1ghz on stock cooling which is very impressive Aside form that there isn't much info available on them since the reviewers are still under a nda.

How can you have a double lifetime warranty? Is that just saying, if you sell it, the other guy gets lifetime too?

Clock speeds, bahhhh. What matters is, stream processors, bits, and RAM.
