64bit xp will recognize 4gigs but 2 gigs is plenty with xp, and if you have 32bit xp then be sure to get only 2gigs.

Wrong. I have XP 32 bit. It supports 4 gigs. After 4 you have to upgrade to 64bit.

I was told there was no point to have 4gb with 32bit, due to there isn't any performance change. my sources could be more tan likely wrong though.

It supports a max of 3.5gb - Video RAM of all video cards (even on SLi and Crossfire)

I would get a HD 4870 since the Rampage Formula supports crossfire.

A Corsair 750tx would be more than enough power for your system even if you add a second 4870 in the future.

This cooler is cheaper and better.

Raidmax PSU's are on our avoid list, didn't you read the PSU Guide in the stickies??

Radmax is on the list of brands to avoid in the Updated Power supply guide. Also It's generally not recommended to use psu's that come with a case (with the Antec Earthwatts being the exception).

Can i ask why it matters if a PSU come with a tower why it matter? Im just confused

In general the psu's that come with cases are very low quality.
