You can run two monitors off of one card. They have two outputs.

as for the ram, I am not sure. 250 seems like about right though

also this one has almost all of the same features, except it has a max of 1333mhz fsb, and only has 6 sata. pretty good board in my opinion, never had a problem with DFI, and this one is also a little cheaper

yes, the higher the DDR2-XXXX number, the faster, and also the lower the CAS latency, the faster the ram.
