New rig, no budget

sorta what the title says but not quite, there is a hypothetical situation were you are asked by someone to build them a new rig with no budget and no restrictions on what companies you choose. what would you guys build? AMD or Intel? Nvidia or ATI?

Iam too lazy plus no use and Iam sick of these kind of question's there asked very often and all you have to do is go on NEwEgg for about 30mins and youll find it out.Or you could seacrh the forum.
