New Rig need case and PS advice

I'm planning on building a new workstation rig.

1. 4 int Sata II drives (Non Raid)
2. Soundblaster X fi Fatality
3. 4 GB ram if I go Xp or 8 GB if I go Vista Ultimate 64 bit
4. Geforce 8800 GTX, ATI 1950 XTX, ATI HD 2900 XT or newer Video Card
5. Motherboard choices not sure which direction I will go
a. Asus Deluxe DH 975
b. Supermicro X6-DAE GD2
c. Supermicro X7DAE
6. CPU Not sure which way I'll go
a. Dual Xeon 2 3.8 chips
b. Quad Core undecided on which
c. Core 2 Duo undecided on which one
7. DVD RW
8. Canopus NX Video Editing board ( I know no 64 bit drivers are available but, I still will consider Vista Ultimate)

Which brand and how many watts should I get for config above that could handle each CPU choices.

Cases: What case should I get to handle this rig?

The 2 cases I have looked at is.

LIAN LI PC 75B for Dual Xeon or Quad Core
LIAN LI PC 777 Memorial for Core 2 Duo

I'd prefer to get a 4 bay tower but, not sure if there would be enough airflow with all the parts in this rig.

I must say I'm leaning Vista Ultimate (By the time I get all the parts SP1 might be out)

I would say 700-750w would be enough for everything there and then some.

here is a good one I like and it's not too much either.

For a case it's up to you really.. Lian Li make some of the best cases. Silverstone, and CM Stackers are also great cases.

If I went Dual Xeon route other then Video Editing what else would benefit from this setup. How would gaming be on it? I realize Vista Ultimate 64 bit isn't ready yet but, what benefits would Dual Xeon add to vista?

What programs would not benefit having Dual Xeons?

Honestly I would recommend getting a quad core chip if you want more processing power. The motherboards that support Xeon (s771) chips aren't usually very overclockable or optimized for gaming.

And for the video card...if you can afford it the 8800GTX has the best performance AND image quality of all the cards you listed.

As for that power supply...it looks quite good. Actually what's a bit strange is that it looks almost IDENTICAL to my thermaltake supply. It would be interesting to see how it looks inside.
