First off wait for the E6420 that will be released for about 185 bucks. Or go with an E6600 that just went down.

Other than that...pretty much all the parts are good choices.

Thanks sora, also should this build be pretty straight forward or do I have any parts that might give me some problems?

Nope....there should be no problems. All those parts are good, and usually recommended. I also agree with Sora. Either wait for the E6420 or get the E6600, which is now $235.
