Crap they just ran out of 5770s. Those things are movin like hot cakes. Actually I was thinkin about going with an i5 instead and using the extra dough to get a 5850.

Edit: Turns out that just my brand was out of stock. Would you guys go for a Powercolor or XFX 5770?

So here's my rig:
Evga x58 SLI LE INT 1366 -$230
Diamond HD5850- $300
Seagate 1TB HDD- $85
Coolermaster HAF-922 Case- $110
Antec Truepower New 750W PSU- $130
Intel i7 920- $200
OCZ DDR3 Gold 6GB 1600- $150

All bought at my local MicroCenter. Price matching is definitely your friend.

Unfortunately, I got a bad PSU. I booted up just fine the first time but failed on every subsequent try. A paper clip test confirmed that it was the PSU. Looks like it's back to Microcenter for me.
