i just listed the other one because it was a good deal and i was trying to keep as close to $1k since that was your budget. i had missed the post where you requested an antec case

but yea, that combo will work fine.

No problem at all, I really like the design of Antec's cases. Also, what are your opinions on that drive? Should I go with something else?

Also, please post anything and everything else I need (heatsink/thermal paste/extra case fans) or I will forget it when I place my order.

And I think I'm going to have to bit the bullet and get WIndows 7 64-bit. I really don't think my xp-32 bit can do true justice. Is there a difference between 7 64-bit Pro and Ultimate?

It's a 1TB drive so it's probably a little slower for an OS drive. Great for data though, if you could stretch your budget by another $120 you could pick up this kingston 40gb ssd thats coming out first week of november. AnandTech: Updated: The SSD Improv: Intel & Indilinx get TRIM, Kingston Brings Intel Down to $115 You would notice a huge improvement of OS load times and responsiveness with it.

What's the best way to show you guys whats in my cart considering combo deals can't be added to wish lists (dumb) and I can't figure out how to copy and paste my cart?

Actually, I found this OS/HDD for about $5 cheaper with 110 gb/s extra.

Also do I need this CPU cooler and if yes, would I need to upgrade to an Antec 1200 full tower so everything fits?

yep, everything checks out, you wont need anything extra. the mobo will come with enough cables to setup your build, and if you wont be OCing, the stock heatsink will work.

oh, i replied after you edited your post above.

if you plan to do some OCing, then yes, you should pick up that cooler. but you will also need the i7 retention bracket so that it will sit properly on your mobo.
Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-LGA1366 LGA 1366 Core I7 Socket Retention Bracket Set - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

and, no you dont need to switch the case, unless you want to. but the cooler will fit in the 900.
