Default New Ram quickly

Hey guys,
I'm looking for 4gigs of Ram that I can pick up from a store today. I have a Biostar T-Power I45, Q9300, and HD4850. Does anyone have any thoughts on these:
Micro Center - Twin 2X 4GB PC-6400 DDR2 CL4 Memory Kit (Two 2GB DDR2-800 Memory Modules)

Should I worry about getting DDR2-1066 or DDR2-1200 since I think my mobo can handle it? Or not really worth the price? I intend on doing some moderate overclocking, and really just getting some ram that will keep up with OCing my Q9300.

cheeaper than what it is at newegg, i believe : Newegg.com - CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

so its up to you, and if you want to go and spend that cash.
