Default New Ram, CPU, and Mobo!!

I am looking to spend around 600$ on a new processor (core 2), but my motherboard doesn't support them... This means that I need a new mobo and while I'm at it I might as well upgrade to better memory.

Here are my ideas, but am always looking for better prices and quality.

CPU:
ClubIT Product - Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz 4MB L2 LGA 775 Processor Retail BX80557E6750 SLA9V
200$
Mobo:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
145$
Memory:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
130$

With Shipping that should come to around 550 I'm assuming. Please post what you think!

Very nice selection on mobo, and RAM, but you could go to DSL for cheaper if you dont need the RAID option I believe

Hmm...maybe I should go with the q6600 w/ go. It's not too much more and will last me a little I think.

Yes, the Q6600 will last you more.

I would suggest either these sets of RAM:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
or
Newegg.com - Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
...they're much cheaper, and can overclock as well as those G. Skills.

Seconded on the quad. Definately worth the extra in the long run, but make sure you pick up a better cooler if you plan on overclocking it.

If you're overclocking the Q6600, get an aftermarket cooler, like veedubfreak mentioned. This cooler is highly recommended:
Sunbeam Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler for AMD AM2, K8 and Intel 478, LGA775

And if you are getting the Q6600, get it from ClubIT as well. Get the OEM instead of the retail, if you're going for the Tuniq.

The p5k is nice too, but I only think its worth it if you go for the deluxe, but that would bring you over budget.
