New PSU

My old Thermaltake 420w PSU just died and i need a new one. I have an Athlon XP 2500+, 1gb Ram and 6600gt so i guess > 400w would be good. I would like a good branded one, and this has sort of turned me off Thermaltake so Thermaltake might not be such a good idea, i like the looks of Antec.

Since i have an Athlon XP i have only a 20 pin connecter, can i use a 24 pin PSU on it? If so is it officially supported/does it void warrenty?

Im looking to spend around $80 AUD.
