Default New PC - Your Opinion

Hi, I'm building my very first computer and could use some professional help.
So far I've come up with a gaming rig which hopefully is going to run pretty much all games there is smoothly, my budget is $1500 TOPS, but I'd rather keep it under $1300.
Keep in mind that I'm from Norway and out prices are somewhat higher than other countries, but the shipping etc would be too expensive for it to be a win. So the links are just websites showing the product info etc.

Case: Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl - Newegg.com - Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl w/ USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Silent PC Computer Case
$107

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H, Socket-1155 - Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-Z77M-D3H-MVP LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
$148

CPU: Intel i5 3570k - Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K
$279

GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2Gb - Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card (11200-00-20G)
$305

PSU: Cooler Master 700W PSU GX Lite - GX-Lite 700W - Cooler Master - Leading Provider of Computer Case | Cooler | Power Supply
$87

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500Gb - Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
$96

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 65-bit - Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - Operating Systems
$140

RAM: Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 8Gb - Newegg.com - Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX
$62

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
$41

TOTAL: $1265

Btw. I've got some old Optical Drive from an old computer in the house, so I did not include that.

I'm planning on overclocking both the CPU and the GPU if I feel I need it. So one of my questions is if this rig fits a proper overclock? Is there enough cooling to keep it from "melting"?

How do you think this rig will perform in the latest and best games on all ultra HD 1920*1080? (Crysis 2, Battlefield 3 etc.)

Is there anything I should change? Don't forget that parts here in Norway are way overpriced in comparison to other countries, and importing the hardware would make it just as expensive anyways.

I also decided not to include a SSD (YET), because of the budget. But you may convince me to get one anyways, so please, throw your arguements out there!

Thanks for any future help and comments!

It will run BF3 very well. The only comment I would make is :your spending good money on this ( over $1200) - I would want a better PSU= Corsair or another PSU that is , at minimum, bronze certified. An example = Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply A good 650 watt PSU that is Bronze certified will be enough for the system to run without any trouble.

Also did you know the MOBO is a "micro" ATX design = not necessary as you can fit a regular ATX MOBO and have more room to work in.

mATX boards are usually cheaper with typically all the same features except PCI-E slots. If Crossfire or SLI isn't needed in the future or wanted then it's no big deal.

I agree on the Corsair PSU thing.

If you decide not to get an SSD then I suggest getting a Black labeled WD HDD or a Seagate 7200RPM drive.

I mgiht also add, that if prices are higher over there (Newegg is US) then you might want to consider getting a smaller 650w PSU as 750 is much too big for a 7850/3570k setup.

Also look into Antec power supplies, I believe they are cheaper in the EU than Corsairs yet are just as good.

Seeing your from Norway, totally explains the Fractal case.. They are pricey in t5he US.

I quite like the Fractal cases. Might be my next case.

Theyre really great cases, though the US isnt a big market. For the longest, you yanks had to order from us. Gosh you's cried hard over our usual shipping rates.
