New PC...for Vista/Media Hub

Just wanted to throw this out there.... I have my TiVo PC (listed in Sig), and it works GREAT. The only thing I would change is that instead of an ATI AIW card, I would HIGHLY recommend something that does HARDWARE MPEG encoding.... like a Huappage card. Also, get something with dual tuners, so you can record a show on one channel, and watch another at the same time.

The TV cards only have the channels a TV would have, So if you want to watch channel 500 you need to set your cable box to channel 500 and your TV card to channel 3. If you buy this Vista HDTV tuner card with cablecard, you don't need a cable box, It's like a cable box for your pc, Obviosly your cable company needs to suport cablecard for you to use it.

unfortunatly, the ATI OCUR isn't out quite yet, and I haven't seen anything since about June/July as to when its release date will be..../EDIT
