New PC - Looking for monitor

Hello guys,
So I have recently bought new PC and I still use my old monitor and its the time to replace it.
The PC is using me for work so I am spending tons of hours on it
I am looking for a monitor that will do the minimum damage to my eyes

I am not planning to use it for games/movies, work only. A lot of reading
Budget: doesn't matter as long it gives value

Look for monitors that advertise "low blue light", I would also use a program called Flux. It helps me when I'm in study mode.
