not so great...

get a 320mb GTS, crucial ballistix. Maybe more HD space?

maybe a evga 590? with a 5200+ and overclock the 5200+ to 6k speeds

these are better:

q6600
p35-ds3r
500gb Seagate HD
8800gts 320mb, and the rest is fine

also for PSU, get a pc power and cooling 610 silencer..

none on ur beginning list...

There are a few things, that are pretty unnecessary in this build.

First, the motherboard. It's too pricey for what it does, and there are cheaper ones, that will perform just as well. Like:
Newegg.com - Foxconn C51XEM2AA- 8EKRS2H Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
or
Newegg.com - EVGA 122-M2-NF59-TR Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

Second, the 640mb does not have an advantage over the 320mb. It has been shown to only give a 1-5fps gain in games, comparing the same resolutions.
Newegg.com - EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

Third, the Crucial Ballistix, are better for the money, than Corsair XMS2 DDR2-1066. These sticks can overclock to DDR2-1200 speeds easily. And for less money.
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Why do you need 4 extremely expensive hard drives, in terms of space? If you want speed, get the WD 750GB hard drives. They're as fast as Raptor hard drives.
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD7500AAKS 750GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

The PSU that vernong mentioned:
PC POWER and COOLING EPS12V S61EPS Power Supply Retail at ZipZoomfly
...The most reliable brand of power supplies, and can power any system easily.

^ nice catch, didn't notice the 4 raptors... lol thats crazy!!

get one 500gb or 1TB or something

but for the price as i said b4 intel is better

I would switch the mobo and processor like Vernong said. I would get the Q6600 along with the Ds3r. And get the 320 gts. I would look for a case less expensive. And get more hd space.

You know for that kind of budget, I would suggest:

Motherboard - Gigabyte P35-DS3R or ASUS P5K Deluxe
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
RAM - 2 x 1GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 CAS4
Graphics - EVGA 8800GTS 320MB
Power Supply - PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610w (From zipzoomfly.com)
Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar 750GB
Optical Drive - Sony NEC Optiarc DVD Burner
Optional Aftermarket HSF - Tuniq 120 (From svc.com)

Pick your case, and that kind of stuff, as it's a personal preference.

Why do you need an SATA II controller? The motherboards have enough SATA ports.
