In no way was anyone “bashing other peoples opinions”. He is just giving you the facts about your CPU choice. I would have to agree that just because you love a brand it’s not justification enough (for me anyways) to spend 600 more dollars one something that’s not as good. You’re just choosing a brand, not a wife. The truth be told, a $180 core 2 duo e6300 out performs the old and dated Fx-62. But I guess it’s your money and you wouldn’t be the first the flush it down the toilet.

choosing the FX-62 over a conroe is just plain stupid. Especially with the price diff. Who cares if the benches are close! The price is criminal.
