If your thinking of using them restore disc then think again, there BIOS and cds work together, If one is missing then you can't use the CDs......

sorry, I was offline, or I would have said something,... you will need a clean copy of winxp like f6hawk said

and make sure that all the parts you buy are compatable... (motherboard needs to have the same socket as the processor, and needs the correct type of ram, etc...)

if you can't get a cd from someone, then download an iso and use this program to get your key...

Since you have the key, then I guess useing torrenspy would be legal..?

there are several places to download iso's

but I have no clue what ARES is...
