that sceptre 22'' works fine for b1gapl
and dont pay for 226BW when a chemei 22'' is $210

Oh yes...I can see everything fine up until I start up a game. Then at some point during the course of the game the screen will do what I posted above. I have to alt tab and then bring up the game again to fix it.

It's not the monitor (could be your OCed VGA). Get your VGA drivers CD, insert it into your Optical drive before you restart your computer. Then restart your computer and I think it's F8 that brings you to the Boot Selection Screen. Select your Optical Drive to boot first, and then Enable VGA Mode.

It's probably your frequency was changed when you were playing your game.

I'm not trying to sound unappreciative, especially since what you are saying could save me 300$, but I don't really understand what you're saying. You are sure it's not my monitor? And what do you mean by "frequency"?

Yes....I am really that ignorant about monitors.
