New monitor for christmas

I just bought the z-2300 speakers from logitech and a nice new gaming mouse.

Can anyone recommend me a good monitor for ~ $150


I have a:

q6600
hd4870
2gb ram


I will be mostly gaming and surfing the web/doing hw if that helps narrow it down

look for samsungs although its more likely to be an acer in that price range. I am don't have experience with monitors in that range so you can do it the hard way as an experienced user and compare newegg prices and availability and reviews to make a decisive choice.
