well anyways im getting a new mobo and cpu right now i have a sempron 2800+ and a epox sli mobo skt 754 and i am moving to intel (dont hate me lol) well i am getting a pentium d the 2.6ghz one i think its a 805. and a new mobo ecs somthing (cant work on links right now) but my question is should i reinstall windows when i make the switch? or am i ok to leave it? re installing isnt much of a problem cuz ill have all the time i need when my gear comes in.
im moving to intel because i am starting to do alot cpu demanding things that wil require more cpu power and moving away from games more. but ill still played games =) well i got a nice deal on the stuff also only 200 for it all and ddr 2 667 ram 1 gig.
also is their a way to utilize both cores for games that do not take advantage of dual core? and the games that do take advantage will i need to enable it or will it come preset?
