New Media Center PC build

Hey guys,
tell me what you think of this small media center build. My budget is less than $250, and since its for my mom she dosent care if it can play movies at 720p or 1080p. Tell me what you guys think, thanks in advance.

The IGP is fine for 1080p video playback so you don't need a graphics card. The IB CPU is only a few bucks more, and so is the 1600 Crucial stick. Went with a Seasonic PSU considering your mom probably won't be cleaning this thing out every 6 months so it can take a beating. Otherwise, you could have gone with a cheapo case/PSU combo since Diablotek is that cheap.
