Default New High-End Build (Probably ordering this weekend)

Hey everyone! It's been a few months, I think back in March I posted specs for a potential new machine I wanted to build, but I never got around to it unfortunately. My motherboard just crapped out on me this morning, and I've been planning on upgrading for a while now anyways (hence the post back in March) so I figured now is as good a time as ever. Since it's been over 6 months, a few things seem to have changed, but overall the build should be quite similar.

I say probably ordering this weekend since the motherboard I planned on purchasing is out of stock. If you guys agree it is a good choice, I'll wait for it. I'm not opposed to a different motherboard, but I value reliability over performance and I've had quite a few ASUS motherboards (some over 8 years old) and none of them are dead... unlike my 3 year old Gigabyte that just died.

As always, I wanted to run it by this community first. I've always trusted and appreciated the help from you guys. If you wouldn't mind, I'd be grateful if you'd browse over this component list and let me know if I made an unwise decision somewhere.

A quick note about this build:
I will be reusing my current computer case, monitors, keyboard, mouse, speakers, sound card, and I have Windows 7 Professional.
