The EVGA supports both SLI and Crossfire.

Both the EVGA and the Asus P6T Deluxe V2 mobo's are excellent overclockers. I prefer the EVGA myself, it's just my opinion thou. For a High-End build I wouldn't skimp on the cheaper Asus P6T standard model.
The EVGA E758-A1 is a great deal at $239.99 after a $30 mail in rebate.
