Hi, I'm new here and I'm not exactly computer illiterate yet not very tech savvy either haha. I've been shopping for a new PC tower since there are boxing week sales going on here in Canada, but I'm on a tight budget and really need help deciding because I need to know that I'm making the right purchase.... once I get a new pc I won't be buying another for at least a few+ years. I was looking at this one, Acer Aspire Desktop Computer featuring AMD A6-3600 Processor (AX3470-EB30P) : Everyday Computing - Best Buy Canada

To me it looks like a good price for the specs, it'll be for casual use and gaming... I don't need like a powerhouse gaming comp or anything. Just for regular decent graphic MMO's n stuff. I'm planning on playing Dragona Online (Dragona Online) with friends and the requirements are:

Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / 7
Pentium 4 2.8GHz or higherPentium Dual Core or higher
RAM 1GBRAM 2GB
Radeon X700 / Geforce 6600Radeon HD3650 / Geforce 8600GT
DirectX compatible Sound Card
ADSL or higher

Classification Minimum Requirements Recommended Requirements

OS
CPU
MEMORY
Graphic Card
Sound
Internet

Some advice would really help me out.. :3 So please let me know if it's a good price and if it'll be decent enough for me to use for some time to come. Thanks. =)

if you could tell us ur budget then it would help but for 350 dollars thats a decent computer i went through all the 300-400 dollars ones and that one beat them all.

Yes I think 400 is around my budget =\. Since with tax it'll be adding another $50. Anything is better than what I'm using now and I run my games like LoL fine so I'm hoping that new one would be smooth for more graphic intense games. This laptop used to be my brother's and it's probably around 5-6 years old, the desktop I used before this was.. you don't even wanna know how bad the specs are.

i think this computer would be good but the psu is 220 watts but if your not gonna upgrade the graphics i guess its alright

Hmm.. not quite sure what it just being 220 watts means? >.< Does it just mean it won't accommodate a more powerful graphics card? Do you think the Radeon HD6530D is a good enough graphics card for my needs?

yah i think it will suit it if ur 6 year old laptop can play the game this should be able to play it then :p
