A new Graphics card...

At the moment I have a Radeon 9600 PRO, but I want to get a better card, the thing is, I'm not much good at figuring out what and what not cards will run...

My system specs copied word for word...:
Dell Dimension DIM 4550
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
1.99GHz, 1.00GB of RAM


My OS is Xp too.
And I'm pretty sure that I can't run a PCI-E card.

please read his question. if the 6600GT is still in agp go for it. if not, than a 9800 Pro will suffice.

if you can, go for a vanilla 6800. you can get them for around the same price as the 6600 GT

Well, I don't know what my power supply is... As PCI-E seems to be the best stuff around now, is there any way I could get a slot for PCI-E cards? And I'm upgrading it, because it's a good computer, and I can't afford to buy a new computer every time the fancy takes me.
