New Graphics Card

I currently have a Dell XPS 410, E6600 Pentium 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz, 2GB RAM, GeForce 7300 LE.

I am looking to upgrade the graphics card so I can play COH, FEAR, and BF 2142 on MAX settings and for sick graphics in vista.

My budget is about $400, what should I get?

(I think my power supply is only 375watts.)

375 watts isn't enough to get anything high powered enough. I suggest a good 500w PSU for around 80 bucks, then an 8800GTS 320mb for 300 bucks and after shipping you'll be at your budget.

I don't think that you can buy just any PSU and put it in a Dell. I may be wrong, and please correct me if I am, but that is something you might want to look into.
