I plan on overclocking so i will need a cooling system, but im not sure what kind. Also I'm already up to $1114 and i would like to try and make it a bit cheaper.

1.) Motherboard for Overclocking; DFI Lanparty nF4 Ultra-D.

2.) You won't be overclocking your memory with that.

3.) Choose a different Power Supply brand.

4.) No matter that some other douche bag might say, XFX does NOT 'suck' at making video cards. However, they do have the highest failure rate (which isn't really that high). You might want to go with another brand;

eVGA GeForce 6800 128MB version..

eVGA GeForce 6800 256MB version.

BTW; none of your links work. And I suggest buying from Newegg.com or ZipZoomFly.com considering that they are about 10x more reliable than TigerDirect.

change the ram if you are going to OC
change the hdd to a seagate or WD :O

Trust me. I know from experiance. NEVER buy from Premium. Save yourself alot of troubles and go with an Ultra case with one of their Ultra power supplies.
