New Gaming/Office PC: Which Operating System (OS)?

Alright guys, I have a problem... if it is a problem.

I have a gaming pc right now that doesn't lack any resources... I have 3 OS's sitting in front of me, they are:

1) Windows XP SP3
2) Windows Vista SP1 32-bit
3) Windows Vista SP1 64-bit

I need your guys' opinions, which one should I put on my computer. I will be using this computer for every day usage to gaming purposes. I do NOT want to dual/triple boot, I just need 1 OS. And with the money I spent on my PC, I don't have money for Windows 7.

I'm leaning towards Vista SP1 64-bit... what do you guys think? Any experiences?

Basic Set up:
3.06 ghz i7
8 gb ram
1 tb hd
9800gt (yes, I need a new graphics card)

definitely vista sp1 x64 when you have 8GB of ram

unless windows XP is also 64 bit ;D

Well since you have 8gb of ram you only have one choice. Vista 64bit.

Exactly my thoughts. Go with Vista x64, it's a very decent OS with SP1 installed.

Even if XP is 64bit I would go with Vista 64bit.
