Default New gaming mobo

Anyone know a good mobo and chipset (hopefully cheap) off the top of their head with these features before I start searching all over for one? (gaming mobo)

1. SLI
2. 4 RAM slots
3. SATA
4. Good with OC'ing
5. AMD socket for PLENTY of room for upgrading in the future, considering i'll be having this board for awhile because of the upgrading potential with SLI and 4 ram slots (this is very important)

No, execute gave you the DFI LanParty UT nF4-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard for $117.

PZE gave you the DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard for $189. This one has SATA-II & SLI capcbilities that the other one does not have, except...

The top one can be modded to do what the bottom one can, jsut check it out over at DFI-Street forums: http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11400
