and a AF7 cooler.

Where to start...

ok the first place to start is with that outdated 650i board, its terrible with clocking Quads

step up the power supply to a 650tx, but the AF7 won't be enough to clock the Quad past 3.2ghz

What cooler would you suggest?

That board isn't that good because the 750i's haven't been patched for Video Corruption Bugs

and I don't even recommend SLi boards because they suck and I don't like SLI boards at all anyways (well maybe except the eVGA 750i FTW)

I recommend the DFI Lanparty Dk board P35

AF7 is good for you unless you're dead set on going past 3.3ghz or so...

look who doesn't read now..

but the AF7 won't be enough to clock the Quad past 3.2ghz

Not true. I know of many instances where the AF7 has clocked a Q6600 to 3.4GHz with a stable voltage and temp. Although, I would always recommend the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle over the AF7. :D Man, I have typed and looked at that Rifle so much, I have the model number and everything memorized.

Normally I would recommend the 750i FTW, but even it will suffer from video corruption on occasion (I know of one exact situation, even). It seems like the best boards for stability and overclocking are DFI, or Asus X38/X48 boards.

It usually is enough, but past 3.2ghz you'd have to worry about the temperatures of it
