Default New Gaming Build

Got a build coming up for a friend, haven't been up to date with tech industry lately so I need a little help to help this guy get the most for what he is paying for. As far as I know he just wants a tower, he is his description:

" I want you to build it for me
I want duel HIS H485Q1GH Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3
with at least a quad core 3.0 gHz don't care who makes it, 6 GB of memory, 30 GB SSD for my operating system, and 1 TB RAID HD, for storage. other then that make it awesome, but cheap!!!!!
you think you can do that for me!!!!!!!"

Thanks

"cheap" isn't much help :P A more specific budget would be helpful.
Also, tell your friend that 2 4850s is a bad choice.

I don't either, I don't think he is too much interested in the price either. So I'll say let's worth with $1000 and see where we stand.
