Default new gaming build

hey guys, heres the build a poster on this forum made for me a few weeks ago, but because of insane busy spike i had i wasn't able to order the parts, so i was wondering if there are any new parts on the market, or if there are any new deals.

my budget taxes and shipping is $1000 CAD and it needs to be from newegg.ca
and i'm trying to optimize the build for WoW and multitasking, and i only need the comp(need an OS) but already have monitor, keyboard ect.

thanks in advance

it's still good, but there's a few changes you could make to save a few bucks.

this optical drive costs a bit less.
Newegg.ca - Sony Optiarc Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner - CD / DVD Burners

slightly cheaper ram.
Newegg.ca - CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMX4GX3M2A1600C9

and a different case that's also a little cheaper and has free shipping.
Newegg.ca - APEX Vortex 3620 SGCC / ABS ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case

also is a 60gb SSD going to be enough to have the OS WoW and other basic comp programs?
