Hey guys, I'm gonna have enough money on Thursday for a new upgrade to my PC. Not sure what to get though. I'm thinking either an amd fx 8350 CPU or a radeon 7950. Newegg has a sale on the 8350 for $179. My current specs are

Cpu- Phenom II x4 965 Be

Gpu- msi radeon 6950 with unlocked shaders

Psu- corsair TX 650w

Ram- 2x4gb on G.skill sniper 1333

MoBo- Gigabyte Ga-970A-D3P

Ssd- vertex 4 128gb

I just want opinions. I'm fine with anything. I do play alot of games and also have a YouTube channel. Which would be better in the long haul

If you're spending that kind of money on a new GPU, then get the GTX 760. Better drivers, better performance. Your CPU is fine now. The only liable CPU upgrade for you would be a 4670k.

My vote, GPU.
