Default New conroe motherboard

ok i have decided to go for asus or gigibyte for my motherboard for my new pc because of there reliablity .

I am wondering what would be the best mobo....

some reqiments
1gb lan
4gb+ ram capability
onboard gfx (or agp slot)
pci slots
pci x 16 slots

beetween 50 - 100 pounds

there was a recent discussion on this bought up by me

pretty much im gonna be building a rig with a E6600 and I decided to go with the ASUS P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe Socket T (LGA 775) NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX Intel Motherboard

my other choice was the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 Motherboard

but from reading reviews on newegg and searching through here, I went with the ASUS, but not by much

but from what I gathered, you cant go wrong with either one

the asus was a bit too expensive
the gigabyte didn't seem to have onboard gfx
