I would get one in between such as

This will offer you plenty of power for now and will offer you some space for upgrading later on. it has good Amps on the rails and 550w is pretty good.

and should the 250gb hd be enough or should go 320 im mostly just gonna play games so ya music too

Go for the 320GB, because it's not that much more money, than the 250GB. I suggest:
