i was wondering the same.

but anyways,
here are my votes for:

video: evga 7600gs
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130020

hsf: zalmann cnps7700
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118115

and a more reasonable psu:coolmax 500w
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817159054
keep in mind this is the sli psu, newegg has anon-sli for about 20 bucks cheaper.

good luck!

p.s. read the reviews of that mobo, i think you may have to have a floppy drive to install windows.

hmm, i'm not rally familiar with socket 939 (mine is am2)...
but i like my abit board pretty well, and it was inexpensive.
if you are not going to o.c. (and really even if you were), i have heard that their 939 boards are great...
here's one on the egg:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Custra...82E16813127222

read up on it. i don't mean new egg reviews haha, but actual technical articles on it.
good luck!

I don't trust newegg reviews 100%, I think that a majority of them are usually people who are fanboys or are ****ed off that shipping was late, arrived DOA, newegg sucks, etc. Instead of actually grading the product itself. Not saying you shouldn't mention it being DOA but don't give something a 1 out 5 without even trying a good one. I believe a lot of people don't bother giving reviews if they actually recieved their product in fine condition. So, in short, I think they're biased to some extent.

roger that.
i don't think i trust them even 50%. all reviews are biased in some way, at least the technical reviews mention the drawbacks of products sometimes.

When i look at newegg, i do that sort by helpfullness thing. It sends most of the baised ones down to that bottom and on the top ones, sometimes the guy gives you some benchmarks that he got with it.

Ya they have the little button below the review that asks if it was helpful or not, then you can catorgarize by that.
