Both cards are the same price. The Sapphire has a two year warranty, the XFX has a lifetime warranty. the Sapphire uses the reference cooler, the XFX uses a custom cooler with a mid-body fan. The Sapphire has a $20 MIR card, the XFX has a $30 MIR card.

Winner=XFX. Plus the Sapphire is out of stock.
