will this case and psu be sufficient? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811144045

i have heard that turbolink is a decent psu considering my vid card is only 128mb. is there a real difference if i run a 20 pin or a 24 pin ps? from what i hear it is bad if i run a 20 pin ps. what do u guys think? good or bad? any other suggestions to ps and case that is cheap and good?

thanks a lot for helping out a noob :D

The PSU should work fine, but it won't be anything special.

There really is no difference between 20 and 24 pin. You can run a 24 pin mobo with a 20 pin PSU, it will be fine. Some of the pin slots will be left oepn, though. If it really bothers you, get an adapter.
