youre missing a gpu and if youre trying to save money, then you dont need 8 Gb of ram. buy a processor with a stock HSF instead of the 3rd party one.

Price isn't much of a worry, but I don't want to drop alot of bank.. What about this from Newegg:

I read a disclaimer saying all pieces might not be compatable, and I'm not able to determine on my own, mind
letting me know how I could find out?

the combo is gone, but the statement is a blanket disclaimer they put on all combos. link another combo and we can doublecheck that it is compatible.
