I'm too good on tech lingo, so I was wondering if this would be a good PC for about $360

youre missing a gpu and if youre trying to save money, then you dont need 8 Gb of ram. buy a processor with a stock HSF instead of the 3rd party one.
 
the combo is gone, but the statement is a blanket disclaimer they put on all combos. link another combo and we can doublecheck that it is compatible.
