Yes but there's no point really in upgrading it. I've had the same CPU for 4 years now and don't intend on upgrading unless I just come across a good deal or get really bored. I suspect the RAM can be upgraded to 16GB which is more than enough. You could even put a video card in this box and game if you wanted to.
