Total Comes to about $1,200, which is my budget.

See any conflicts, or suggestions?

agreed, you don't have to deal with an SLI chipset, plus the HD 4850 and HD 4870 are dominating for price to performance (and they are dealing with most budget's anyways)

Nope. Most Intel Chipsets (X38/X48 and P45 being the better ones) will support all the Intel LGA 775 processors, even the 45nm versions. Your memory will work fine, as it is only DDR2 800 and will be supported by nearly any modern motherboard. Lately the Intel Chipset/CrossfireX Support and ATI video cards have been the way to go! You won't be disappointed there!

Thanks for the comments. I really appreciate it.

Should be ordering the parts here in a couple weeks. I'll post pics of my progress and such.

Once I get it setup and stable and such, I'm going to invest in a watercooling setup. I'm so tired of air cooling.
