It looks good to me, what questions do you have about the mobo? it looks decent to me and the ATX power connector is in a nice place well for me it is being left handed

I was really just wondering if I should upgrade to the delux version for about $50 more is about all I really wanted to know, seems like ASUS is the way to go for me.

You sure can. If you want to spend the Extra Money then buy the OCZ, I only Reccomended the HIper because it was within the prive range of the original PSU that you posted. That or Im blind and overlooked the OCZ. Lol

10 dollar difference for the ocz once I get the rebate so I think thats the way to go.

I DONT KNOW IF ANY1 MENTIONED IT YET BUT YOU SHOULD UPGRADE TO THGE 150 GIG RAPTOR, ITS ONLY LIKE $50 FOR FOR TWICE THE SPACE
