Default New Build: Look okay? Also need Vid Card still.

This is what I'm probably going with unless there is some way to improve significantly. I'm looking for a video card around $200.00 not really wanting to go any higher than that. Any suggestions would be great since I haven't upgraded in probably 2 or 3 years. Appreciate any advice.

GTX 560 (not the Ti version, as that is over $200)

Since it looks like you're going to be doing some serious overclocking I'd get a GPU with a good cooler.
AMD:
$200 MSI Twin Frozr II HD 6870 ($20 rebate).
$190 Gigabyte HD 6870 ($30 rebate).
Nvidia:
$200 MSI Twin Frozr II GTX 560 ($20 rebate).

The 6870 will give you more bang for your buck.
Also, don't forget a hard drive, optical drive, and Windows 7.

Was thinking about going with 1tb Cav Black. I already have an optical drive and Window 7 so I'm good on that.

Probably go with the MSI Twin Frozr II HD 6870. Heard a lot of good things about that card.

You can save money by getting a cheaper cooler. The Corsair H100 is more suited for a 980X or Phenom 2. The 2500K really does not need much cooling at all. I spent 27 dollars on my cooler and overclock just as high as people who spend hundreds on watercooling.

overclocking your cpu for a quick suicide run isn't the same thing. The Corsair H100 would be a good choice for a stable permanent overclock.

A quick suicide? My clock has been running 24/7 this way for almost a year....load temps are mid 50s in gaming and mid-high 70s in IBT

If we are talking quick suicide runs I've been up to 5.5GHz.
