From what I can tell, the case and motherboard are incompatible, the motherboard is ITX whereas the case supports ATX and Micro ATX. Either change the motherboard or change the case. ITX is usually used for small form factor PCs.

Newegg.com - ASRock Z77 Extreme3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

This one seems around your price range and supports the processor and RAM and video card you have chosen.

That one is a little expensive for me, how about the one I suggested?

Whoa whoa, if this is for gaming you can save some cash by only getting 8GB of RAM to get the better ASRock board. There is no point in having an overclockable CPU (that's what the K stands for) while buying the lowest grade board. There is also no point in having 16GB of RAM in a gaming build.

Also, that PSU is way too much for that build if you are on a tighter budget. You could do fine with a 650HX to put more cash towards the better Z77 ASRock board.

Also to set things straight, an mITX board will fit fine inside a standard ATX case. It will just look funny because it's so small.

Few more things. Do you need a HDD? OS? You don't have these things listed.
