HI all. Got a budget for around $700 for the PC. Adding Vista, 22" Acer monitor, wireless keyboard and trackball and an XBox controller, puts me at $1130 after S/H. Thats about my limit right now. I plan on using this computer to get back into gaming (Fallout 3 is my top choice now, plus my buddy wants to play L4D). I also plan on hooking up to my DLP (720p) for comfy couch gaming. So I think the 4850 is plenty powerful for both situations. Am I correct?

CPU - E8400
MoBo - Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R
Video Card - Powercolor AX4850
Memory - G.SKILL Pi Black 4GB DDR2 800
Case - Lian Li PC-A05B
PSU - PC P&C Silencer 500W
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 500GB SATA
DVD - LG 22x SATA

If you got a E5200, instead of a E8400, then you can get a 4870. :) You can just OC it to like around a 3.5GHz, so gaming won't be affected. Stay away from powercolor, and get XFX, Sapphire, or Asus. Also, replace that LG 22x with a Samsung 22x, because its quieter. Then you're good to go! =D
