New Build!! Budget: 1500 max

I posted a thread last month about building an i7 machine and now, I have enough money to finally build it. Once again I do know that I want the i7-950 and the GTX 470. Someone last time spoke of making it more "Future proof" and I'm hoping that with my budget I could do just that. 1500 is my max. Also, I don't need any optical drives. Could anyone be of assistance? This is what I have so far.

Does the 1500 include the CPU, PSU, and graphics card, are is the 1500 for everything else? If those are coming out of the 1500, you've already spent $515.
