New build for an architect

Hi all,

I'm after some building advice. As many of you will know I have no problem building but always look to those with more knowledge to help me pick out the best parts.

My sister has recently started her first job after qualifying as an architect and is after a new computer. She will be using it for the normal daily use but will be working from home from time to time, will be using AutoCAD and Photoshop and works with a lot of large files and 3D modelling. While this may not require anything massively high-end she wants it to be fast and last a few years.
This will be a complete build as she is moving from a laptop so monitor, keyboard, mouse, cables, etc. are all needed. I know the monitor might be a hard one and she will most likely pick her own but what do you guys suggest for this build? The budget it fairly loose but without a monitor I would hope £700 might get a good system? If you think it needs more show that or if can be done for less all good also.

Thanks in advance for the help
