Switch out the GPU for this Newegg.com - EVGA 02G-P4-2761-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

And get this RAM to save money, 8GB is more than enough for gaming, and is enough for photoshop, CAD, and other things.

Also this Power SUpply would be a better choice, your PSU is very important, its not all about watts.
Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt

What do you think PP? (you'll see soon OP)

I suggest this for a better board.
Newegg.com - ASRock B85 Pro4 LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

If the RAM fits your budget, go ahead and keep it.

I agree with the 760 comment.

The only good eVGA PSUs are the G2 line. This PSU is only a few bucks more and is of much better quality.
SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com

Other than that, solid choices. Although, I couldn't spend that money on a 4670 without getting a K, but that's me.
